A bit ridiculous waiting over 20 minutes at the front desk for check-in!!! Fiji water is a scam at $3.50 each, you’d think they'd offer complimentary water instead!!! WiFi connection could definitely improve!!!

This hotel suits me perfectly with its free wi-fi, fitness center, and friendly staff. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me print documents effortlessly. I’m definitely coming back for my next trip!

This place is a decent choice for a quick stay in Rochester with good value. The staff really helped when my child got sick, providing cleaning supplies and care. Tip, Watch for breakfast options and maybe skip the cheese whiz omelet.

Exceptional Cleanliness and Friendly Staff

I recently stayed for 3 nights while visiting the Mayo Clinic, and I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, making me feel at home during my stay. The shuttle service to the clinic was also a convenient perk. One area for improvement would be the breakfast options, as I would have liked to see healthier choices available.

I had a fantastic stay here. The breakfast was fresh and presented beautifully, and I loved the convenience of the comfortable beds and large TV for Netflix. Plus, being able to open my window for fresh air was a nice touch! I'd definitely choose this place again.

Medical families BEST choice

The staff here treat you like family, not just customers! They go above and beyond, like that one time they gave me a ride to the Mayo emergency room when I had a last-minute issue, saved me time and stress!

It wasn't inexpensive, but given the circumstances, it felt acceptable.

The location to Mayo Clinic was perfect, and we

I arrived late in the evening, and there was no one at the front desk to assist me for almost 20 minutes. When the receptionist finally arrived, she seemed overwhelmed and took a personal call during our check-in, which made the process even longer.

The room was chilly, yet the comfy king bed was pleasant.

stayed one night at fairfield inn and loved the comfy queen room. the location is awesome, close to many restaurants and stores. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. so many options like cheesy omelets and waffles. the staff was super friendly during check-in and check-out, which made my stay even better.
